Hello,

This is going to be a long post with detailed instructions on how to actually play on pokerstars. Keep in mind that I highly suggest you to play on QuentinC's playroom if you're only looking to play for fun or you don't really want to spend time ajusting to pokerstars, because the accessibility just can't be compared and is not worth it if you don't enjoy poker like I do. It's far from perfect. I'm warning you just so you know what you're getting into. You should also be familiarized with the JAWS cursor. Here's a short demo of me playing a tournament. Keep in mind that you need to be fast with the keyboard and jaws needs to speak quite fast as well. You only get about 10 to 20 seconds to make your decision, depending on the type of tournament you're playing.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/omhkrhjkrk5fi … o.mp3?dl=0
Let's be honest, pokerstars is the largest poker network in the world, period. With lots of tournaments and the opportunity to play with thousands of people. I love poker and I always wanted to play where sighted people could play. I literally sent hundreds of messages to pokerstars for the past 5 years begging for them to help. They basically told me the same thing over and over again and they never really wanted to help, so I had to find a way to play, because what we have so far in regards to accessibility playing poker with real money is definitely non-existent. So if you're like me and really love to play poker and are willing to deal with a few issues here and there, just follow the instructions below. Once again, if you only want to play and don't care about all of this, I strongly advize you not to do this. This take times and you have to get used to so many things. You also don't want to play with real money right away. You should wait to get used to the software and the steps you need to do to overcome the few issues you're going to be facing.

***Important***
If you live in the United States, you will only be able to play with play money, however they just started allowing people to play for real money as well, so if you live in New Jersey you're good to go. Check back with pokerstars frequently if your city and state allows online poker.

What you need:

Pokerstars.com if you do not live in the United States or if you live in New Jersey
Pokerstars.net if you live in the United States (excluding New Jersey)
JAWS
Hotspot clicker
Scripts and hotspot set for pokerstars
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ajj458o46jaa4 … r.zip?dl=0

1. Install pokerstars. Make sure you read the notes above to know what version you should download.
2. Install hotspot clicker.
3. Download the scripts and hotspot set for pokerstars (link above).
4. Extract the zip file.
5. Copy and Paste the extracted files and the folder called "PersonalizedSettings" in your jaws settings: go to start, all programs, jaws, explore jaws, explore my settings and paste them there. Overwrite when prompted. Do not paste the file user.ini.
6. Copy and paste the file user.ini in the following dirrectory: c:\users\your name\AppData\Local\PokerStars and overwrite when prompted. This file contains the correct chat settings as well as the hotkeys you will need to use.
7. Open the pokerstars software and create an account. Make sure you use the jaws cursor to help you.
8. Go to folder options and make sure the option to show hidden files and folders is on.
9. Go to c:\users\your name\AppData\local\pokerstars or pokerstars.net depending on the version you use
10. Press the application key (the key that simulates a right mouse click) on the file called pokerstars.log.0 and send a shortcut to your desktop
11. Go to your desktop and press the application key on the shortcut you just created and go to properties. Press tab till you can add a shortcut key to this file and add one. I use control+alt+l

Please note that the script files will also change the way jaws say certain words for the notepad application, so make sure you use word or another program to read text.

Hotkeys:

f1: Fold
f2: Call
f3: Bet/Raise
f4: Focuses the pc cursor in the box to type in the amount to bet/raise
f5: set bet amount to 2.5 times the big blind
f6: set bet amount to 3 times the big blind
f7: set bet amount to 50% of the pot
f8: set bet amount to 60% of the pot
f9: set bet amount to 80% of the pot
f10: set bet amount to 100% of the pot
Grave key: set bet amount to 33% of the pot. ***this key is generally to the left of the
Control+A: Set bet amount to all in
f11 then left mouse button: rebuy/add chips when available
f12 then left mouse button: I'm back button when you're sit out for some reason.
Control+Alt+R: Register in tournament (only works in a tournament lobby)
Alt+C: Confirm the registration to a tournament

Here's an example on how betting/raising works. You have pocket aces, everyone folds to you and you want to raise the pot to 2.5 times the blinds. Press f5, this will automatically set the correct amount to raise. Then, press f3 to inniciate the raise.

To play for real money:

In the lobby, double click on quick seat, then on cash games. Press alt+r.

To play for play money:

In the lobby, double click on quick seat, then on cash games. Press alt+p

You're all set now. Before sitting at a table or registering to a tournament, add the following text to your clipboard:
updatemycard 0:
so whenever you press control+v this line is pasted. For now, pokerstars does not allow you to see your cards in the dealer chat box, so this is why we need to get them from the file pokerstars.log.0. Here's what I do whenever I am dealt new cards:
Wait till it's my turn to act
Press the shortcut key to open the file pokerstars.log.0
Press control+END to go to the end of the file
Press control+f to open search
Press control +v to paste the text updatemycard 0:
Press tab twice and press up once to search by going up
Press enter
Press escape
Your first card is now focussed, and if you press down once you hear what your second card is. You also can hear that I muted the line updatemycard 0: because I only want to hear my cards and nothing else. You now know what your cards are and can act accordingly. Whenever the flop, turn and river are dealt and you want to hear them again, here's what I do. Press insert plus space, then press h. This opens a file with the last 50 things spoken by jaws, so it's easy to review what cards were dealt on the table or your own cards after jaws spoke them. To clear the history, simply press insert plus space, then shift+h.

Well, that's it. I know this is a lot of informations and it definitely might seem hard at first, but trust me, it'll become second nature. If you have any questions just let me know and I'll be happy to help.

Captain John Tyson here. It is my understanding that new pilots looking to be hired by EuroFly are not able to take off, land or even get to their destination. This guide I’ve written to help even the dumbest of you who’ve managed to graduate from Flight School but act like you’ve never been there, actually have a chance at this life. EuroFly requested I write this guide detailing their ten-flight test for initiation. If you don’t pass the test even after following my experienced instructions, please choose another career path for your own safety and the safety of millions of people.

Preparing any Flight
Essential Keyboard commands:
  • Control+Enter - Gain essential information about the current aircraft.

  • Control+F8 - Sort airports relative to your location.

  • Space - Set a destination target within that airport list or any other list containing places of interest.

  • F - get the frequency to communicate with the current Control Tower.

  • Alt+F - Enter the frequency to tune to.

  • Alt+T - Enter tower verification code.

  • Control+B - buckles your seatbelt and vice versa.

  • Control+Shift+E - Request a full tank of fuel.

  • Page Up - Toggles the state of engine 1 on or off.

  • Page Down - Toggles the state of Engine 2 on or off.

  • Control+F - Extends/retracts the flaps of the aircraft.

  • Control+G - Toggles the state of the landing gear.

  • Up arrow - Decrease nose angle of Aircraft.

  • Down Arrow - Increase nose angle of aircraft.

  • R - Check current air speed.

  • Z - Check current altitude.

  • Home - Increase speed of Aircraft or throttling up.

  • End - Decrease speed of aircraft or throttling down.

  • Control+Left Arrow - Instructs the aircraft to make a full 90 degree turn to the left based on air speed.

  • Control+Right arrow - Instructs the aircraft to make a full 90 degree turn to the right based on air speed.

  • Left Arrow - Instructs the aircraft to make a  one degree turn to the left.

  • Right arrow - Instructs the aircraft to make a one degree turn to the right.

  • Shift+left arrow - Instructs the aircraft to turn 10 degrees to the left.

  • Shift+Right arrow - Instructs the aircraft to turn 10 degrees to the right.

  • N - Check destination information relative to current location and air speed.

  • F1 - Request takeoff/landing clearance, check for nearby airports and check airport distance.

  • K - Check current position on runway when grounded.

When you board your aircraft, I’d advise setting the frequency and verifying yourself with the control tower first. after this, buckle up, give her a full tank of fuel, and turn her engines on.

The Aircraft’s nose angle and actually lifting off

It’s important to note what the nose angle is. When you take off, it needs to be pointed, well, up. Duh. The nose is the front of the aircraft, which means that it is being supported on the ground at the back.
That said, increase your nose angle to around 15 degrees. Generally, 17 degrees is the maximum I’d advise taking off at, because any higher and you’ll risk too much of a climb. Be sure to note the “Current Takeoff Speed” information supplied with your aircraft. This is the speed required for the aircraft to get off the runway and start climbing up. Once the aircraft climbs to an altitude of 6 or above, retract your flaps and bring down the landing gear. If you followed these instructions to the letter, congratulations! Maybe you’ll pass this and make an awesome life for yourself after all. Be sure to follow Air Traffic Control instructions and you’ll be alright. Change your heading to the destination that you set by turning 90 degrees and adjusting accordingly.
Of course, I told you how to get off the ground, it would suck if I didn’t advise the way back down, right?

Landing

Once air Traffic Control tells you that you’ve reached your destination airport, look at the aircraft information for “current landing air speed.” Start slowing down to that now, especially if you’re flying a big ass jet. You’ll definitely want to slow down now if you’ve opened the throttle all the way up to the maximum air speed. Then, follow the instruction that Air Traffic Control asks of you. Descend to 100 feet. Turn the aircraft’s nose to a descending angle. I’d advise -15 for landing itself, and -25 for steep descents if you’re very high up into the thousands. Once done, level out and check how far away from the airport you are. As ATC says, check for landing clearance less than 2 KM from the airport. Once landing clearance is given, retract the flaps, bring up the landing gear and angle to -15 for a nice, comfortable landing.
Once landed, you can’t just park anywhere on the runway, that’s an accident waiting to happen.

Parking

As soon as you land, immediately start slowing down. Check the runway position of the aircraft while doing so. If it’s a negative number, such as, say, -140, keep going. The trick here is to stop between positive numbers 1 and 100. I’d advise having your speed below 30 when you get to negative numbers below 100.
If, on the off-chance that you miss the spot to park at and it will happen, the aircraft has a reverse gear (backspace). Turn around, move very slowly and stop at 100 or below, making sure not to go back to 0 or -1.
I hope this guide has been informative and saves lives rather than killing them.

Game Story/Description

Dear Agent Smith:

Two weeks ago, the mafia kingpin Moochiani hit up mayor Jackson of San Diego for one million dollars. He told the Mayor if he didn't get the money in 1 week, he would destroy the city's water system and blow up the main water plant. As you probably guessed, Jackson declined the one million but offered Moochiani a nice prison threat.

To say the least, Moochiani was outraged. His gang destroyed the city's water system. Not only that, Moochiani's gang planted a bomb in the main water treatment plant directly below the red dragon carryout. Moochiani claims that if Mayor Jackson hands over the million, he'll disarm the bomb. Jackson is being stubborn and won't hand over the money. Now we have people's lives at stake because of the bomb.

This is where you come into play. Get ready to go to California. Your flight leaves the siesta keys at 9 AM and will arrive in San Diego at 2 PM. Once you land, you're going undercover as a city maintenance worker and are going to go underground and start fixing the water system and search for the bomb and disable it. Once you enter the underground-dismantled water system, intelligence tells us that Moochiani's bomb will automatically begin a 60-minute countdown until it detonates.

So, you have 60 minutes to fix the water pipes, deactivate the bomb, and get this city back under control. If you accomplish this for us Smith, we'll consider promoting you and giving you a raise.

Good luck,
Chief Executive Officer

Level Descriptions
Pipe Levels

When you start on a pipe level, you will be told how many pipes are stored in your tool box, how many you're required to fix, and how many times you have to wack your hammer against that pipe to keep it fit. You will then hear a voice say, "Pipe Level." You will then be taken into the water system, where you will randomly start out on the right or the left. Where ever you start out, you have to start going in the opposite direction while fixing pipes along the way. Use your up and down arrows to cycle through pipes, press enter or slash to see if it'll fit. If it doesn't fit, you'll hear a tiny metal clink. Do not try to hammer this in, otherwise you will mash your finger, witch will cause you to lose points and hammer hitting accuracy. If the pipe fits, you'll hear a hammer hitting metal sound. When you hear this sound, press ctrl several times depending on how many hits it tells you to make. If you hit the ctrl key more than that number of times, nothing will happen. After the pipe has been fit, it's now time for you to twist the valve. To do this, you must press 1 of the 4 arrow keys. When starting out on level 1 on the first pipe, you can press any of the arrow keys with no penalties. However, after this, you have to go in a clockwise direction. When you fit all the pipes and go onto the next pipe or electricity level, (see next section for details), you have to press the arrow key you pressed on the first pipe on the first level. If this sounds complicated, I'll try to make it a little simpler with an example. Lets say you begin the first level, and you hear a pipe on the right. You'll hit up arrow, then enter to see if it fits. If it doesn't, press enter, up, enter, up, all the way to the pipe that fits. When you fit it in, press the ctrl key multiple times till you hear the sound of the pipe fitting in a second time. Then press, for example, the up arrow to twist the valve. Then repeat the same process again for the next pipe, accept instead of the up arrow, press the right arrow. Then the down arrow, then the left, then up again. If you don't twist the valve correctly, you'll hear a negative tone and the water will consequently go faster. This might not seem like a big deal, but trust me, if you make a mistake to many times, you could end up being screwed. Now, lets say the next level after that is a pipe level. Depending on the key you pressed on the first pipe, for example, up arrow, you'll have to press that same key again for the valve on the next level. But, say you get a side scroler after that. The next pipe or electricity level after that 1 will do the same thing, and it caries on for the rest of the game. If this still sounds complicated, don't worry, you'll get the hang of it eventually.

Electricity Levels

These things are the exact same as pipe levels, accept that it has electricity, and different music. So lets say you start on the right. You will hear electricity on the right, then the left, and sometimes the center. Lets just say that youou hammer, then you twist the valve, then you suddenly hear a zap, what was that? That means that if you don't be careful of when you twist the next valve, you could have contact with some lovely wires, and as we all know, wires that are actively streaming electricity through water are not things that you'd want to be arms deep in, especially if said wires are sending over a million amps. So, how do you know what to do when you could be a potential next victim of electric shock. Well, you have to listen to your position in your headphones, as well as the position of the current. If the current is on the right and you're on the left, go ahead and twist the valve. But, if the current is on the left and so are you, don't even try unless you want to feel a million amps coursing into your body, witch, by the way, probably isn't a pore conductor. Also, don't twist the valve when the electricity is paused, because you won't stop twisting the valve until the sound quits playing, so if your favorite electric current comes over to say hi when the sound is still playing, you're fried. Don't worry, you'll get the hang of it.

The ultimate guide for gaming on a Mac using a virtual machine

$

Introduction.

Do you have a Mac? Do you wanna play audiogames because you are a gamer? Well, here you have a guide which explains everything on how to set it all up using a virtual machine in VmWare Fusion. Everything is fully accessible and you don't need sighted assistance at all.
Some things in this guide might seem quite overwhelming and complicated to do, but it's not as complicated as it sounds like. I'll do my best to write step by step what to do, so you can follow the guide. However, programs might change in the future so you can't follow those steps. I'll do my best to keep the guide updated.
Everything in this guide has been tested using VmWare Fusion 8.53 and Windows 10 Pro, and this is all fully accessible and doable by blind people.

What you need.

You need the following:
Around 30 gb of free space or more. An external harddrive can also be used, but it might run slow if it's not a SSD drive.
Windows 10 on dvd or as an image .ISO file, and the product key.
VmWare Fusion.
NVDA.
Sharpkeys which can be downloaded from the following link:
https://sharpkeys.codeplex.com/

Installing VmWare Fusion.

Installing Fusion is very strait forward. This is a standard .dmg file which includes an installer. Just follow the standard installer, enter your password multiple times when prompted and the program is installed.
When launching Fusion for the first time, you need to enter your licens. Enter your name and licens key, and the program is registered.

Installing Windows.

Now your copy of Fusion has been registered, unless your trying the demo version, you're ready to install Windows.
If you have your copy of Windows as a disk image, I'll highly recommend you to put the image on the internal harddrive for faster installing.
If the new machine dialog doesn't automatically come up, go into the File menu and choose new...
Now, click continue and select the Windows dvd if that's what you have, or locate the image file using a standard open dialog.
At the next window, make sure "Use easy install" is checked. Enter your account name.
Warning: Do not enter a password. If you do that, you'll get into trouble logging in when the install is complete. If you wish to set a password you can do that later on.
Enter your Windows product key, choose what language of Windows you wanna install and finally choose what version of Windows you wanna install if available, and click continue.
At the next screen, you need to choose if you wanna share Windows with the folders on your Mac. I prefer to choose more isolated and configure those options later on. This gives you more control and is more secure.
At the next screen, all your settings is being reviewed, and you can click customize settings if you wants to. I'll highly recommend you to leave the default settings as they are and change them later on. I've tried a few times when customizing the settings before the machine is installed, the installer does not start automatically and you're stuck. If you leave the settings as default and change them laer on, the automatic installer will start for sure.
When you press "Finish," a save dialog comes up and you can choose where to save your virtual machine. The standard folder is a sub folder called Virtual machines in your documents folder, which can be changed later on if you wish. Don't forget to give your virtual machine a name, especially if you plan to have multiple virtual machines.
As soon as you press "Save," the new virtual machine will start and the installer will start automatically.
Warning: Do not suspend the machine, shut it down or change the view to full screen until the install is complete. If you do that, the installer might brake or you might loose keyboard focus which means you can't interact with the machine to get speech.
The installer takes between 12 and 30 minutes depending on your machine. There is no way to tell if the installer is in progress. Thanks to Microsoft, there is no sound in Windows 10 telling when the system is starting or shutting down. But don't panic, thanks to Microsoft, there is a workaround for that.
When you think the installer is complete, you need to do exactly the following steps to avoid messing things up and get some speech so we know what we are doing. I'll explain it all later on, but now we just need to get some speech, so we know Windows is alive and working. smile
1: Press command tab until you reach Finder.
2: Hold down command and press tab until you reach VmWare Fusion and release the command key.
3: Press command tab again until you reach Finder. Each time you press command tab without holding down the command key, you should now switch between Finder and VmWare Fusion, which is very important.
4: When your focus is on Finder, turn off Voiceover.
5: Press command tab once to switch to VmWare Fusion.
6: Press command return, and then Narrator should start talking. If you now get speech, your Windows 10 has been installed successfully... If you don't get speech, well, something went wrong. It's difficult to say what went wrong if you don't get speech. If that's the case, I'll recommend you to go into the menubar (VO M), shut down the virtual machine, remove it and try install it again. But hopefully you get speech, so lets continue. smile

The keyboard, how it works and switching between the virtual machine and your Mac.

I'm sorry if you're confused and you wander what the heck command return means. I just wanted to take one step at the time and make sure Windows was installed successfully, and you have speech so you at leased know what's going on. Here I'll try to explain everything from switching between the Mac and the virtual machine, how the keys works and which keys conflicts and how to deal with it.
As default, the keys are as follows on the virtual machine:
The left command key is the left Windows key, which opens up the start menu in Windows.
The left option key is the left alt key.
The left ctrl and FN key works as expected.
The right command key is the right Windows key.
The right option key is the right alt key.

As you already might have guessed, if you press command f5 to turn off and on Voiceover while having focus on the virtual machine, you'll open and close the start menu while turning Voiceover on and off. This is the reason for I wanted you to turn off Voiceover while having focus on Finder, and switch to Fusion by pressing command tab to interact with the virtual machine.
You can arrange your opened applications on the Mac in the ordre you want by holding down the command key and press tab. When you release the command key, you'll get focus on the application you've chosen, but when you do that the second time, you'll move the two applications besides each other, meaning a single command tab without holding down the command key will move between the two windows you have dragged together, which we need to make sure we do command tab to Fusion to get focus on the virtual machine when Voiceover is turned off.

Option tab is alt tab in Windows. Don't do command tab instead of alt tab. It takes a bit of getting used to. I have done command tab instead of alt tab a lot of time... Lol. This is extremely useful to be able to switch between your Macs applications and do option tab that quickly. This is very handy and works great when you've got used to it.

How to make a shared folder.

There are a number of ways to get files, installers etc. on a virtual machine. Drag and drop, or copy/paste works great, but having a shared folder is much coolrer, easier and flexible. This is also very flexible if you wanna install NVDA, which I assume you want, right? Narrator is really great in Windows 10, but NVDA is just better for gaming... smile Not dishing Narrator though, which Microsoft really are doing an awesome job on improving...
Here is how to make a shared folder:
1: Go into Finder and create the folder you wanna share with your virtual machine.
2: Go into Fusion, now this time with Voiceover turned on.
3: Press VO M to go to the menubar.
4: Go to the virtual machines menu, locate the sharing submenu and choose Sharing settings.
5: Check the "enable shared folders" checkbox. Find the "Add folder" button, locate the folder you wanna share and add it to the shared folders table. you can add as many folders you want.
6: When you have added your shared folder, close the window by pressing command w to return to your virtual machine. Then turn off VOiceover, and don't care if you open up the start menu this time. Narrator will inform you about this. smile

To access your shared folder from Windows:
1: Press Windows key r to open up the run dialog.
2: Type: "z:" without the quotes and press enter. You are now in the list of shared folders
So, go ahead and copy the NVDA installer into your shared folder, access the installer from your virtual machine and install this awesome screenreader! Of course you can do the same when it comes to installing games later on.

Mapping the keyboard.

At leased one very important key is missing: Either the insert key or the capslock key for your screenreader. The capslock key is there, but for some reason, it won't work as expected. An other key which I like is the applications key, the right click key.
This is exactly why you need the awesome tool called Sharpkeys. You already know how to get things on your virtual machine, so go ahead and install Sharpkeys before you really start to miss the most important key for your screenreader... smile

How Sharpkeys works.

Sharpkeys might seem a bit confusing at the beginning, so I'll quickly explain the concept:
The program is used to map or swap one key to an other. that means: We currently don't have an insert key, so lets go ahead and make one.

My recommendation for the key configuration.

I have set my right option which is the right alt key in Windows to the capslock key. Previously, that was my insert key, but I want to experiement with Narrator, and all screenreaders are using the capslock key anyways, so why not... smile
I have set the right command key which is the right Windows key to the applications key.
Warning: Do not set the right command key as your insert or capslock key. Pressing the right command key and q for quitting NVDA does not only quit NVDA, but also quits VmWare Fusion from the Mac, because the right command key is still being activated on the Mac OS while being used in Fusion. So don't do that. Trust me, I have tried, and this is not fun... smile
So why choosing the right alt and right windows keys? Well, you don't need them, so why not make them useful?

How to set the right alt key to the capslock key.

It is of course up to you to desite what keys you wanna map and how you wanna do it. Here is an example on how to map the right alt key to the capslock key, so you get an idea on how this is done:
1: Open Sharpkeys.
2: Tab to the "Add" button.
3: In the "From" list, scroll down to the special category and find the right alt key.
4. Tab to the "to" list, and scroll down to special capslock.
5. Tab to the "OK" button to close the dialog.
Now, you have done the following:
You have taken the right alt key, thrown it away and moved its function over to the capslock key. that means you now have two capslock keys, but who cares. smile You can then go ahead and do the same for the right Windows key to make an applications key if you wish.
The logic says you should make a: From capslock to the right alt key, to swap the keys. that would seem more logic, but practically, on the Mac keyboard, it don't make any difference. I know that might sound confusing, but I hope it makes sense after having read it a few times.
When you have mapped the keys you want, then tab to the "write to the registry" button. Restart the machine to let the changes take effect, and your keys should work.

How to give the machine full keyboard and mouse/touchpad control.

A lot of keyboard commands such as ctrl and the arrow keys and the f-keys does activate som functions on Mac OS as default. The same goes for the touchpad or trackpad. Let's get rid of this, so we can use all the commands in Windows without being interrupted from Mac OS.

Getting rid of all the keyboard commands.
1. On the Mac OS, open up System preferences and go to the keyboard.
2. Choose the shortcut tab, and uncheck the following keys:
Uncheck everything in the Mission control category.
Uncheck everything which is f-key related in the keyboard category.

Let's get rid of all the trackpad gestures:
1. Open system preferences.
2. Open Trackpad.
3. Choose the  Gestures tab and uncheck them all.
On the first tab in the trackpad settings, you also need to enable the seconary click, and set this to be activated when clicking the lower right connor of the trackpad.

Optimizing the mouse for games.

If you don't optimize the mouse for games, it might react really strange. This is especially seen in Swamp.
To optimize the mouse for games do the following:
1: Open Vmware Fusion, and make sure the virtual machine is shut down.
2. Press command comma to open up the main settings for Fusion. Don't confuse those settings with the settings for the virtual machine. The command comma preferences are the main settings for all virtual machines.
3. On the generel tab, there is a section called: "Optimize the mouse for games." On my computer, this works best if this setting is set to "Always optimize the mouse for games." Please note that this might work differently depending on what computer and hardware you're using.

Configuring the RAM and CPU for your virtual machine.

It is  important to configure the RAM and processor so it runs as great as possible. This is done as follows:
1. Make sure your virtual machine is shut down and turned off.
2. Press command e to open up the settings for the selected virtual machine.
3. Go to the processor and ram tab.
Please note: those settings might work very differently depending on your hardware, so you need to try it out for yourself to see what works best on your machine.
Regarding RAM and memory: For some odd and interesting reason, you can only use up to around 4 gb of ram. So having 16 gb of ram don't make any difference at all. I have no idea on why, and I haven't been able to find much information regarding this.
On my computer, the following configuration works best:
3000 MB ram and 2 processor cores.
The computer might be very hot when using this, so you can try a single core to see if it works better. On my Macbook Pro, 4 processor cores works better, so yeah this is very different.

Get rid of the audio delay so you can play games without the lag.

You might have noticed some delay from when pressing a key to the screenreaders reaction or some lag when playing games. Lets try to fix that.

Warning! This is pretty complicated. If you mess this up, your virtual machine will not start up, and you might end up being forced to reinstall the machine. I am not responsible for any damages, so do that at your own risk. If you follow this guide step by step, you should be able to fix the lag so you can play rhythm games and other games which requires a quick reaction.

The first thing you need to do is to get Mac OS to write the quote signs correctly. This is very important, otherwise you'll mess up the virtual machine. Do the following:
1: Open up System preferences.
2. Choose the keyboard settings.
3: Choose the text tab.
4. Uncheck the checkbox next to the spellchecker to make the keyboard to type normal quotes. Please make sure it is writing the normal quotes before taking the next steps.

Adjusting the  soundcard settings.

We need to adjust the buffer on the soundcard to get rid of the lag. To do this, we need to edit the VMX file. Do the following:
1. Make sure the virtual machine is shut down and turned off.
2. Locate the virtual machine file in Finder. This is in your Documents folder in the virtual machines subfolder if you have chosen the default location then you installed the virtual machine.
3. Press VO shift m on the virtual machine to bring up the context menu.
4. Choose "Show package contents" to show whats inside the file.
5. Browse to the .vmx file.
6. Bring up the context menu again by pressing VO shift m, and choose to open the file in Text edit.
7. Navigate to the lines which controls the sound, and add the following line: Sound.bufferTime = "16"
Please note: The buffer might work differently depending on your machine, so you need to  experiment with this to see what number works best for you. On my Macbook  Air the number 16 gives less lag.

You can read a ton of more information regarding to this subject at the following link:

Single window vs. Full screen.

There are a number of different views when it comes to virtual machines in Fusion. I have only tried single view and full screen.
Some games, especially Swamp, goes crazy if you don't set it to full screen. Full screen and single window works differently depending on the computer, so you need to experiment with that.
There are multiple ways to switch between Single window and Full screen. I usually do it from the view menu in Fusion.
Sometimes the Full Screen view hides the menubar. If that's the case, you can quit the full screen view by bringing up the window chooser (VO f2 twice) and quit the full screen from there.
Please note: When Full Screen is enabled, doing command tab to Fusion does not gain focus on the virtual machine. It gains focus on the virtual machines library instead, which is the place where all your virtual machines are listed. This is very important to know, because you can change the name of your virtual machine and other things by mistake, and you need Voiceover to gain focus to the virtual machine.
The best way I have found to gain focus while in full screen is in the window menu, and click the virtual machines name from their.

Hosting a multiplayer games on the internet.

As default, the virtual machine is configured to share the Mac computers internet connection. This is an awesome feature, because you don't even need to think about connecting to the internet. It just works as soon as your Mac computer is connected. This works for most users. However, in a very few siturations when playing a multiplayer game, or especially if you need to host a game, this will give you trouble.
There is a feature called "Bridged networking." This sounds really geeky, but it is pretty simpel. This feature simply separates your virtual machine from the Mac computers network, and gives your virtual machine a normal internet connection, just like if it was a normal computer.
When you activate this function, you just need to establish a internet connection on your virtual machine exactly the same way like on a normal Windows computer. Cable or wifi, your choice. your virtual machine will then get its own IP address, separate from your Mac computers IP address.
to change this setting, you do the following:
1: Go into the virtual machines settings by pressing command E.
2. Go to the networks tab.
3. In the table, choose "Bridged network" instead "Shared with my Mac."

Conclusion.

Gaming on a virtual machine might not be as great an experience as having a normal Windows computer. There are only a very few audiogames which I have given up playing on a virtual machine, mostly because it took a while for me to notice that the smart quotes or double quotes was the reason for things broke while editing the VMX file to adjust the sound buffer.
Yes, there are a lot of things you need to do to make the ultimate gaming machine if you go the virtual rute, but the good thing about this is that everything is fully accessible, and you can combine the most accessible things from both platforms as you wish.
I have used virtual machines on my Mac for many years, and I love this combination of having quick access to both platforms at the same time.
I hope this article have been somewhat helpful for some people, and I hope this at leased give you an idea on if a virtual machine is a solution for you or not.

Thanks to.

A huge thanks to Brian Smart for making a ton of research regarding the sound buffer on a virtual machine. The sound buffer is somewhat important for a screenreader, but it is more important when playing an audiogame, where timing is needed.
A huge thanks goes to all people who have requested information on how to play games on a Mac, and especially to everyone who have giving me small hints on virtual machines, Fusion and  similar useful things. There are simply too many people who have deserved some credit to be listed, so a huge thanks goes to everyone who find this article interesting, useful and who have helped by giving me some useful and great feedback on this...

Wellcome pilot! If you're reading this, you've passed your final flight exams and have graduated the accademy. However, there is still a lot to learn and master out there in the voide. This document should help you get started, and eliminate any questions you may have.
++1: What is this?
Death match project alpha is not actually an fps between four players who must go after their math professor because of getting bad grades on a team project. It is a fully audio top down space simmulation game. Roleplay is not enforced, at this time, there in fact is no story of any kind to base any roleplay off of.
++2: Ground basics.
**2.1: Movement.
DMPA has a top down style system of ground movement. You move your character with the arrow keys, and there is no turning of any kind. The space movement system is full on 3 d with headings to turn to. The x and y heading simply known as heading, is your traditional 360 degrees turning system. The mark, which is your z heading, controls if you're going up or down, and thus can also enter negatives. Spacestations, ships, planets, and just about everything else you can walk around in is divided into rooms which maybe enterable through doors or elevators. Elevators are a mode of transport that allows you to go to different floors or decks within a building. To use one, open the door and go inside. Then use the elevator controls and select a floor. The elevator will move for a few seconds, after which it will stop allowing you to open the door again and exit onto your new level. The elevator can't be used with the door open.
++3: Getting started.
You've created your character, now what? First thing you'll want to do is get your hands on a ship. Different ship specs are located further down, so you can check these out at any time, though they are also available in the game itself. You start at soul station's main hub, which is a pretty small area. You also start with 5000 credits on hand. A description of the different planets and spacestations in the game can also be found further down, so we will not cover it here. The shipyard door is located at -1, 10, 20. To propperly activate doors, you must be within one coordinate of the door. Go through, and the shipyard terminal wil be accessible at -4, 14, 20. You'll want to go for the ares class fraighter (Strange name for a cargo ship since ares was a war god...), which will set you back 3000 credits which I must say is a real bargan considering how many credits you will probably earn per run. Please note that as of the latest update of this guide , there is no way to repair your ship so don't get it too damaged while doing activities. When you buy your ship, you'll be moved onto it and it will already be undocked.
++4: Ship basics.
To operate ships, press enter on the flight computer. From here, you will be presented with different menus to control it.
**4.1; Navigation. All that has to do with getting your ship from place to place.
a: Change engine speed. Setting this to anything above 0 will send your ship going in the direction of the currently set headings as long as it can. To stop the ship, simply set this back to 0.
b: Change ship heading. This allows you to change your ship headings manually. The format you must use is as follows:
x/y_heading mark. Here are some examples:
0 0. Completely straight north.
45 -50: Moderate dive downwards in a northeast direction.
273 10: Almost do west with a gentle ascent.
And this is basically how it works.
c: Autopilot. You can set autopilot destinations either by selecting from different spacial objects from a scan menu, or manually entering coordinates. To finish setting an autopilot destination, you must toggle it to on. It will disable itself as soon as you reach your destination.
d: Sensor scan. Scans the area for different spacial bodies, and then presents you a menu from which you can select found items to get more information about them. Here are the different objects that it can find.
1: Planets. Rock planets, usually held in place by, and orbiting, a nearby star. They have an atmosphere and are largely terraformed by humans to be habitable.
2: Spacestations. Large, man made spacial constructs usually orbiting a star or another planet. They are large enough to cumfortably hold large numbers of starships and have fasillities on board to enable living and business on them. Soul's main spacestation is soul station, where all new players start out. As their life support is generated from within the station, they do not have an atmosphere to speak of.
3: Ships. Spacefairing vehicles available for piloting by correctly quallified people known as pilots. Their uses are many, from transportation and shipping to combat and recon. The readout from these can be different based on what type of ship is scanned.
4: Debris fields. Large fields of drifting space junk, debris and other small pieces of wreckage or space rocks, usually pulled into field or clouds do to nearby gravitational disturbances. These are often the targets for new captains wanting to get on their feat quickly. It can be salvaged and brought to spacestations and planets for refining, recycling, and whatever else it can be used for for a small credit reward.
5: Asteroids. Large, mineral rich rocks drifting through the void either by themselves or in clusters known as belts, these are saught out and mined both by large skale mining companies and single captains looking for profit. As they usually simply float through space and do not have an orbit of any kind, they don't have an atmosphere in most cases and thus are inhabitable.
e: Dock/undock from another spacecraft. This is the easy way to get your ship onto another celestial body. Simply activate one of these controls and the computer will do the rest.
f: Landing/launching controls. As these are planetary controls, and there are no planets publically available for players to visit yet, I don't yet know how this is supposed to work.
g: Fusion jump controls. Fusion jumps don't seam to be added yet, as pressing enter on either of the options for fusion jumps does nothing.
**4.2: Status. Here you can get different types of information on your ship.
a: Navigation. This tells you what your ships' coordinates are, its current, maximum, and desired speeds, and its current heading.
b: Damage report. This tells you how much hull strength the ship has remaining. If this falls to 0, your ship is destroyed and your character dies.
c: Cargo. This tells you which cargo bays your ship has, how much is currently in them and how much they can hold.
**4.3: misc. Depending on the ship you are in, these controls may contain different things.
a: Transfer cargo, available on ares class fraighter. This transfers cargo you have from the ship to the current celestial body you are docked or landed at and gives you the reward for the cargo's value. For some reason, this must be done multiple times to transfer everything.
**4.4: Tractor beam. This is only available if your ship has a tractor beam installed. All ares class fraighters come with this by default, and it is used in debris salvaging.
++5: Activity list.
Currently, there is one activity you are able to do in the game.
**5.1: Debris salvaging.
This is most likely the first activity you'll do, and its not a very difficult one for the rewards you get though it may take a little getting used to for the first two tries or so. You will need:
A ship with a tractor beam.
How to:
1: Undock your ship and scan for a debris field. Odds are high there is one near your position.
2: Instruct your auto pilot to take you to it. Turn it on, set your engine's speed to the max, and enjoy the ride.
3: Once you're there, go into your tractor beam menu and select "Lock onto debris."
4: You will hear the beam in the background as well as a beeping noise which will begin to pan off to the left or right. To successfully tractor in the debris, you must keep this beeping noise in the center. To do this, press the arrow key corresponding to where you here the beeping. Its pretty fast, so you'd do well to hold the key down. Note that sometimes the debris changes direction, so you'll need to be quick in changing your arrow keys or you might not make it. Strangely, when you are doing this, the sounds of your ship start panning around as well, and I asoom this to just be a bug, but its a little fun fact for you guys anyway. If you've done it right, the debris will be tractored into your cargo bay. If not, it will collide with your ship causing damage. Do this until your cargo bay is full or you've had enough of pulling in space junk.
5: Fly to any celestial body accepting debris, dock, and transfer your goods as many times as you can for money.
Typical payout for this activity is around 4000 credits.
++6: Celestial body refference guide.
This contains a layout description of all the different celestial bodies you can find.
**6.1: Soul station.
Soul station is currently the only celestial body accessible to everyone. It contains the main hub, where new players spawn and start their game. At coordinates 10 -1 0 is an elevator which can bring you down to the docking area if required. At coordinates -1 10 20 is the door to the shipyard, and within that, is the shipyard terminal at -4 14 20 to buy ships from. The docking area is basically a long, wide corridor with diferent docking corridors for ships usually aranged along the -1 x axis with 10 units of space between each. At coordinates 20 10 0 is a room called "starship supplies" which currently contains nothing.
++7: Ship refference guide.
This contains status specs and layout descriptions for the different starships in game.
**7.1: ares cargo hauler:
Price: 3000 credits.
top speed: 8000.
sensor range: 12000.
fusion jump range: 12000.
hull strength: 1000.
This ship is a small afaire, and has one smallish cargo bay. It has no weapons of any kind, but it comes with a preinstalled tractor beam. It is fast enough to keep the travel times from the station out to the local debris fields short.
Layout: When entering, you'll be located in the cockpit of the ship. The flight computer is at 5 5 0, and the door at 10 5 0 leads to the cargo bay.
++8: Key refference.
Walk: up, down, left and right arrows, hold shift to run.
Interact: Enter.
Activate help system: f1.
Check players online: f2.
Check health: h.
Check credits: z.
Check location; c.
View items near you: v.
Activate tractor beam module if you have one: Shift+t.
Cycle between weapons: tab and shift+tab.
Fire current weapon: space.
Throw grenade: g.
Open inventory: i.
Open options: o.
Open chat: /. From here, you can type a message for the other players to read, or use one of these commands:
/fixship: If your ship seams bugged, this command will attempt to fix it.
/pm person=message: Sends a private message. I have no clue why there needs to be an equals sign but anyway.
Move through message buffer: left and right bracket.
Jump to beginning or end of message buffer: shift+left or right bracket.
++9: Closing.
Well pilot, We hope this document has helped you in finding out what you need to know to be successfull. Updates are continuusly being made by the galactic editorial team, so do check back often!

Manamon Self-trading Guide

I threw this guide together in about 5 minutes, so I apologize for any brevity or errors in advance.

In order to trade with yourself in Manamon, follow these steps. Please note that I used NVDA to do this and have not tested any of these steps with JFW:

1. Download Process Explorer from https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sys … lorer.aspx

2. Run Manamon and load your saved game.

3. Run process explorer. Make sure you run as administrator, even if you're on an admin account.

4. This is where things get a little complicated.
You have two panes here. One says pane, and one says list view. If you aren't seeing them both, go to the view menu and make sure enable lower pane is checked.
The part of the window that says pane is your process list. It's not spoken. If you type the letters RPG, you should land on RPG.exe. You can press enter on the process to see it's properties come up and confirm this. Press escape to get out of the properties window.
Now you want to tab to the list view and you should see a huge amount of handles for the process. Press s and then start moving up through the list. You will see a process that looks like this eventually:

Mutant \Sessions\1\BaseNamedObjects\bgtManamon 1

Right click on this and choose close handle. You'll receive a warning that the program may not work correctly. Choose yes.

5. You can now start another instance of Manamon. If you want to trade Manamon between saves, for instance to get the other starters, you need to switch the saved games at this point. Your previous save will remain loaded into the memory of the first instance of Manamon, but you can load your other save into the second instance.

6. On both instances, go to the online trading center. Choose to host with one instance. With the other, choose join room and type localhost for the IP address.

7. Go through the trading process as normal on both instances.

8. Once you've finished trading, you can disconnect. Make absolutely sure that you save the game you want the trades to remain on and that you have any saved data you want to keep backed up before continuing. Saving the game at this point will overwrite the save you traded from if you were trading between save files.

I hope this helps some players get around the issues with trading.

Hi all.
Wellcome to the handbook of wealth and war!
This book will explain how to become wealthy while warring.
Firstly, start war with another clan, lets use the apple clan as an example.
You want to take thralls, or not.
Anyway, start recrooting weapon thanes, and also start atrackting carls and make sure to keep about twenty magic.
When you rade, choose to take captives and charge, don't sacrifice because you have a better chance of winning.
Also, use all your magic.
After the rade is over (and you got thralls), ransome them all!
Keep on doing this and you will become the wealthiest clan in dragon pass!
Let me know if you want more king of dragon pass guides!

Draco's guide to DMPA fighter combat:

Contents:

1. Basic principles

1.1 3D Space

1.2 Weapon range

1.3 Speed and direction

2. Keys

3. Useful notes

1. Basic principles

Welcome to my guide on fighter combat in DMPA. In this short guide I will explain several key principles.

Firstly, space is a 3D environment, so lets take a closer look at it.

1.1 Space, a 3D Environment

Space is a 3D environment, that is there are threre axes to consider when flying or, in this case, fighting.

The X, Y and Z axis. he X controls left and right, or east and west movement, the Y controls forward and back, or north and south, and the Z controls vertical, or up and down, movement. In DMPA the arrow keys in manual pilot, bmode control the X (left and right) and Y (up and down) movements, with the equals and dash keys being used for the Z axis

This means with practice you can, for example, move left, forward and up at the same time, or move left, and then go backwards on the Y axis then downm, and then go right, forwards and up all in one move.

1.2 Weapon range

The laser on the Hellcat has a range of 5. This means that in order to be able to shoot, assuming you are outside of the safe zone, you must have all three axes within five coordinates of the target ship.

For example:

I am targeting a ship at 5000 5000 5000

I would need to have the X, Y and Z axis within 5 coordinates, at the same time, so 5001 5000 4980 would not allow me to fire, nor would 4999 5010  5000

4001 5000 4999 however, would as each of the three axes are within 5 coordinates of the target ship

1.3. Speed and direction

Remember the controls in section 1.1 above?

Put them to use in a fight. Do not stay s till, always keep moving, even if it's slowly moving, to throw your opponent off. Keep moving and keep one step ahead of your oppponent. Don't be predictable and don't move slowly, if you feel you need to run from a fight don't be afria do escape

2. Keys

Arrow keys - Move forward, back, left, right
= and - keys - Move up and down
Tab/Shift tab - Switch between installed weapons in your ship
S - Check speed
C - Check coordinates
V - Sensors
T - Select target
Space bar - Open fire
Example:

To target a ship

T  (opens target window)
Enter (to select ship type then ship name)
V (opens sensor menu)

Enter (to confirm contact)
Tab (to switch weapons)
Space (to fire)

3. Useful notes:

1. Sitting a few coordinates above or below somebody is a perfectly viable tactic, do not fight on the level

2. Do not be afraid of running from a fight if things go badly

3. Do not be afraid to make alternate characters specifically for dogfighting

4. Do not be afraid to prey on damaged ships. Yes it sounds cheap and dirty but don't be afraid to finish off adamaged opponent instead of letting them go.

Night Trap 25th Anniversary Edition is playable!
I've posted a notice over in the General games discussion, so if you're here, and have the game, let's get you up to speed on how to play it!

Here are the controls on PS4.
They might also work on steam if you have a game controler; even a PS4 controler; but I'm not sure about the button laiyout.

X or Square. Switch to the selected camera feed.
Triangle or Circle. Activate trap when the trap gage is red.
L1 and R1. Change the color of the trap access code.
Options. pauses the game, giving you the options of continue or quit.
When you fail, the same menu replaces continue with retry.

Main menu
When you launch the game, you'll see the Screaming Villains and digital pictures logos, as well as the opening credits before the main menu comes up.
You'll know it's up because music will suddenly start playing without any sort of intro what-so-ever.
Use up and down to move the cursor and X to select a choice.
In options, left and right will change the settings, but these two settings don't rap.
Press X or circle to back out of options.
Your cursor will always be on start game when the main menu loads, but here are the choices you'll have.

Seen of the crime. Locked. Play a perfect game of Night Trap to unlock it.

Now with all that out of the way, here's the guide itself.

Night trap is an fmv game, meaning that it's completely based around full-motion video sceens with live action acters.
As far as the interface goes, it's simple as well, though the difficulty in playing the game relies heavily on memorising the locations of the vampires; Augurs; so you can trap them.
Everything in the martin house happens in real time, so memorization is the key to getting a perfect game.
Their is a menu with eight different camera feeds you can choose to watch.
Move the cursor to a feed, then press Square or X to switch to it.
The feeds are:
HALL 1 | KITCHEN | ENTRYWAY | LIVING ROOM |
BATHROOM | BEDROOM | HALL 2 | DRIVEWAY |
When starting a new game or reloading a saved game, you'll always start in the driveway.

Regarding trap access colors.
You always start on blue when starting a new game or loading a saved one, but the Martin children will change the code to a random selection at 4 points during the course of the 28 minute game.
The order of the colors; going right; is
blue, green. orange, purple, red, yellow.
The color buttons rap, so pressing R1 on yellow will take you back to blue.
So; for example; if Sheila Martin tells her son Jeffrey to change the trap access color from blue to red, you would have to either press R1 four times, or L1 two times to make the color red.
I'll add more to this guide vary shortly, as I'm still discovering more about this game as I play through it.

Here are the steps to exclude files in Windows Defender.

what you'll need to do is go to your system tray and right click on the "Actions Needed" button. To do this, you focus on the button, press NVDA shift M if using a laptop layout, NVDA numpad divide if on desktop, then NVDA right bracket if on laptop, numpad multiply if on desktop. If using JAWS, route the jaws cursor to the PC cursor, and press numpad multiply. Once the menu pops up, hit open. Windows Defender security center should appear. From here, you'll need to tab to the list that says home 1 of 6. Down arrow to virus and threat protection and press enter. Hit Virus and Threat protection settings. Click the add or remove exclusions link, then add exclusion button. Down arrow to folder, then select the folder containing the stuff you'd like to exclude. After that, you can close this out.

Hope this helps someone!

Guide for playing on pokerstars

Hello,

This is going to be a long post with detailed instructions on how to actually play on pokerstars. Keep in mind that I highly suggest you to play on QuentinC's
playroom if you're only looking to play for fun or you don't really want to spend time ajusting to pokerstars, because the accessibility just can't be
compared and is not worth it if you don't enjoy poker like I do. It's far from perfect. I'm warning you just so you know what you're getting into. You
should also be familiarized with the JAWS cursor. Here's a short demo of me playing a tournament. Keep in mind that you need to be fast with the keyboard
and jaws needs to speak quite fast as well.

I literally sent hundreds of messages to pokerstars for the past 5 years begging
for them to help. They basically told me the same thing over and over again and they never really wanted to help, so I had to find a way to play, because
what we have so far in regards to accessibility playing poker with real money is definitely non-existent. So if you're like me and really love to play
poker and are willing to deal with a few issues here and there, just follow the instructions below. Once again, if you only want to play and don't care
about all of this, I strongly advise you not to do this. This takes time and you have to get used to so many things. You also don't want to play with real
money right away. You should wait to get used to the software and the steps you need to do to overcome the few issues you're going to be facing.

***Important***
If you live in the United States, you will only be able to play with play money, however they just started allowing people to play for real money as well,
so if you live in New Jersey you're good to go.

User.ini
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pr2u0h9qlttftf2/user.ini?dl=0

1. Install pokerstars. Make sure you read the notes above to know what version you should download.
2. Install hotspot clicker.
3. Download the scripts and hotspot set for pokerstars (link above).
4. Extract the zip file.
5. Go to start, all programs, jaws, explore jaws, explore my settings and paste everything there, overwrite if prompted.
6. Download the file user.ini from the link above
7. Copy and paste the file user.ini in the following dirrectory: c:\users\your name\AppData\Local\PokerStars and overwrite when prompted. This file contains
the correct chat settings as well as the hotkeys you will need to use.
8. Open the pokerstars software and create an account. Make sure you use the jaws cursor to help you.
9. Go to folder options and make sure the option to show hidden files and folders is on.
10. Go to c:\users\your name\AppData\local\pokerstars or pokerstars.net depending on the version you use
11. Press the application key (the key that simulates a right mouse click) on the file called pokerstars.log.0 and send a shortcut to your desktop
12. Go to your desktop and press the application key on the shortcut you just created and go to properties. Press tab till you can add a shortcut key to
this file and add one. I use control+alt+l

Please note that the script files will also change the way jaws say certain words for the notepad application, so make sure you use word or another program
to read text.

Hotkeys:

f1: Fold
f2: Call
f3: Bet/Raise
f4: Focuses the pc cursor in the box to type in the amount to bet/raise
f5: set bet amount to 2.5 times the big blind
f6: set bet amount to 3 times the big blind
f7: set bet amount to 50% of the pot
f8: set bet amount to 60% of the pot
f9: set bet amount to 80% of the pot
f10: set bet amount to 100% of the pot
Grave key: set bet amount to 33% of the pot.
Control+A: Set bet amount to all in
Control+Alt+A then left mouse button: rebuy/add chips when available
Control+Alt+I then left mouse button: I'm back button when you're sit out for some reason.
Control+Alt+R: Register in tournament (only works in a tournament lobby)
Alt+C: Confirm the registration to a tournament

Hotkeys for 5 card draw.
Alt+1 through 5 and left mouse button: Select the corresponding card to discard. Keep in mind you need to left click the card you want to discard.
Example: Your cards are
Kh
Kd
Qc
4d
5s
And you want to discard the king, the 4 and the 5. Press alt+3 and then the left mouse button, alt+4 and the left mouse button, alt+5 and the left mouse
button.
Alt+D and left mouse button: Discard/Stand path

Here's an example on how betting/raising works. You have pocket aces, everyone folds to you and you want to raise the pot to 2.5 times the blinds. Press
f5, this will automatically set the correct amount to raise. Then, press f3 to inniciate the raise.

To play for real money/play money

In the lobby, double click on quick seat, then on cash games. Press Insert+Space, o, r. This will inniciate the JAWS OCR. Scroll down and you will hear
play money, real money. Click on either one of the two to select it. Note that sometimes the OCR doesn’t pick up the right letters, so you might see a
slight difference for the words play and real.

You're all set now. Before sitting at a table or registering to a tournament, add the following text to your clipboard:
updatemycard 0:
so whenever you press control+v this line is pasted. For now, pokerstars does not allow you to see your cards in the dealer chat box, so this is why we
need to get them from the file pokerstars.log.0.
You also can hear that I muted the line updatemycard 0:
because I only want to hear my cards and nothing else. You now know what your cards are and can act accordingly. Whenever the flop, turn and river are
dealt and you want to hear them again, here's what I do. Press insert plus space, then press h. This opens a file with the last 50 things spoken by jaws,
so it's easy to review what cards were dealt on the table or your own cards after jaws spoke them. To clear the history, simply press insert plus space,
then shift+h.

Well, that's it. I know this is a lot of information and it definitely might seem hard at first, but trust me, it'll become second nature. If you have
any questions just let me know and I'll be happy to help.

Tips for creating maps in scrolling battles, your world.

Here are some tips and tricks to help you build maps in scrolling battles your world. This tutorial expects from you to know the following things.
*How to play the game.
*How to make a new map.
*How to use the map builder.
I wouldn't suggest you imidiatly start making a complex map. First make a general map with out any cosmetic things, then you can start using tips and tricks in this document to make more interesting maps. If someone says that your map is easy or that your map is stupid, don't think of that as an insult. More over, if you make a very stupid map there are chanses that in that stupidity there will be fun,so menny guise will not notice that there is so mutch stupid things in it because of the fun.
Also, note that maps don't need to be things like jumping over hazards, etc. But now, let's go on to the tips!

Tile changing.

this cant be considered as a cosmetic change, but it is something new users get into trubble. There is basicly no tile changing and stuf. you just say to it that you want a platform, and in the y field put the hight at witch is the platform that you want to change. This is basicly overrighting that platform, note that the map interpreter will always look from start to end, so the latest changes will have total effect. Note that sound sources will mix each other, witch will make some bed things if you mix some not related sounds.
In short, only use overrighting when there are platforms. Note that walls are also overrighten by platforms, so becarefull when having both walls and platforms at the same spot.

cars.

Wonderring how do people put cars in there maps? Here is the answer!
Cars are basicly, doors. only thing that you have to do is to specify one of the car engine sounds as the door loops. Most of them are included in the list.
In short, doors are actually teleporters. To make a real door, see in the appropriate section.

Real doors.

Making real doors is easy, but for someone who's stuck here is the answer. Note: I meen vizical doors, Like doors in the house. same things to do, if you want fences, accept you have to mix choisses.
you first make a wall, any type of wall. Then, from it's left side, make a door just by that wall, it goes to the other side of the wall. There are menny door open and door close sounds, doorloop should be emty. Make the door with same parrametars on the other side, goes to the first door, and here you are! You managed to make a real door!

Braking flor thingy.

If you were on sbyw for a very long time, one time there was very popular map, called braking flor. it was basicly jumping 4 squares at the time and trying not to fall from those squares. Sadly it started giving really small number of points, that's why it lossed it's popularity.
Now, you know that if you dy by falling, you don't get returned by a checkpoint. That's why, if you a game like jumping from platform to platform, put a hazard below all those platforms. You should know how to do that, just type the options in the hazard screen.

someone got sound x plaing in there map!

Note that every sound in the game can be used as a sound source. You only need to guess it's name. It's often very easy, for example footstep sounds are always tilestep1 to 5.ogg
note: you need to have the extension, .ogg, To play the file.
you first get /rawmap, and you find the sound source where you want to have that sound. change it with one of the games sounds, And it's ok! Always make shure that it's working. Note that you can do same with door sounds, and other stuf witch need a sound to play, may be available in the future.

I can jump froo a platform from below!

This problem is very easy to fix. Just put any kind of wall below that platform. When the player trys to jump, he will bomb of the wall and he want get outside.

Climbables

Use the starecase for everything that you will use for climbing. From trees to real starecases.
